FAQ

Why am I getting an invoice or charge from PayPro Global?
PayPro Global is our payment provider and Merchant of Record. They handle payments, taxes, and invoices for TestWeasel subscriptions on our behalf.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You’ll receive a regular email from PayPro Global at the beginning of each billing month. That email contains a link to your account, where you can easily cancel your TestWeasel subscription.

Why may the TestWeasel installer be blocked on Windows?
Especially in corporate environments, security mechanisms can be very strict. If Windows defender blocks the installer, simply wait up to 48 hours and then restart your computer — in most cases, the installation will complete successfully afterward.
